Return Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Davis Homegoods LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our official website https://davishllc.com/. By placing an order, you (“you”, “your”) agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and free from stains, damage, or alterations.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and protective materials.
- You provide a valid order number and proof of delivery.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to handcrafted and artisan home goods and do not qualify as defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items.
- Custom or personalized products made to your specifications.
- Opened candles, fragrances, or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items damaged due to improper use, cleaning, or storage.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Items returned after the 14-day return window.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Send a return request to our customer service team at service@davishllc.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number].
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
- We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24–48 business hours.
- Ship the item back to our address: 419 S 2nd St Apt 250, Renton WA 98057, with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) will not be accepted or processed.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds cover only the product price; original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging, we reserve the right to reject the refund or issue a partial refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item, original packaging, and the defect/error.
- We will arrange a replacement, issue a full refund, or offer store credit at no additional cost to you, including shipping.
Claims submitted after the 3-day period may not be approved.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel, contact us immediately at service@davishllc.com.
8. International Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees. We do not refund any customs charges incurred on the original shipment.
